Terms of Service

Eligibility and guardian permission

The service is intended for adults, parents, and legal guardians. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal right to upload every photo you submit, including permission from the child's legal guardian where required.

The service

AI Children Book creates personalized stories and illustrations from details and optional photos supplied by users. AI output may contain imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every page before downloading, printing, or sharing it.

Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful, exploitative, explicit, deceptive, or unauthorized content; photos of public figures without permission; or instructions intended to bypass safety systems. We may reject or remove content and suspend accounts when necessary to protect users and the service.

Credits and payments

Credits are purchased through one-time payment packs and expire 12 months after issue. AI Children Book does not require a subscription. Generation costs are shown before credits are consumed. Failed generation tasks automatically return the applicable credits.

Generated books

You receive a personal-use license for books you create and unlock. You retain responsibility for the names, photos, prompts, and other material you provide. Commercial publishing, resale, API use, and high-volume production are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Printed copies

During the inquiry phase, printed copies are quoted and fulfilled manually. Price, production time, shipping, cancellation, and replacement terms are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Service availability

AI providers may reject requests, experience delays, or change their services. We may retry a generation, use a configured fallback provider, or return credits when a result cannot be delivered.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or exact artistic likeness. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of generated content.
