Refund Policy

Unused credit packs

An unused credit pack may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method.

Consumed credits and digital books

Credits already used to generate or unlock digital content are not refundable because the digital service is delivered immediately. If a generation fails and the system cannot complete it after the configured retry, the applicable credits are returned automatically.

Printed copies

During the manual inquiry phase, you may cancel before production or shipment is confirmed. Damaged or defective printed copies may qualify for replacement or refund under the terms supplied with the quote.

Requesting a refund

Email support@aichildrenbook.com and include the account email and Stripe order number. Do not send payment-card details. We acknowledge refund requests within two business days; payment providers may require additional processing time after approval.
