Privacy Policy

Who the service is for

AI Children Book is intended for adults, parents, and legal guardians. It is not directed to children, and children may not create accounts or submit personal information directly.

Children's photos

Photos are used only to create the illustrated characters requested by the account holder. They are never sold and are never used to train AI models. Anonymous uploads that are not claimed by an account are deleted within 24 hours. Claimed source photos are automatically deleted within 30 days of generation. Account holders may request immediate deletion at any time.

Generated character sheets and book illustrations may remain with the book until the account holder deletes them. Deleting source photos does not automatically delete the finished illustrated book.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you have permission from the child's legal guardian.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, book settings, generated content, payment records, support messages, security logs, and limited product analytics. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by AI Children Book.

AI and storage providers

We use third-party infrastructure and AI providers to process uploads, generate stories and illustrations, deliver email, and store files. These providers receive only the information needed to perform the requested service and are subject to their own data-processing terms.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate requested books, process purchases, support users, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data. You may also delete source photos or entire books. Requests can be submitted through account settings or the Contact page.

Data security and location

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and managed Cloudflare infrastructure. Data may be processed in regions used by our infrastructure and AI providers, as described in this policy and applicable provider disclosures.
