Contact us for account support, privacy or deletion requests, refund questions, and printed-copy inquiries. Include the email address used for your account and the book or order identifier when available.

For your safety, never send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary copies of children's photos in a support message.

Email

Email support@aichildrenbook.com. We normally acknowledge messages within two business days.

Use a clear subject such as Account support, Delete my data, Refund request, or Print quote. For a privacy or deletion request, write from the email address associated with the account so we can verify ownership.

Printed copies

For a book you already created, open the reader or My Books and choose Order a printed copy. The form collects binding, quantity, shipping region, and contact details. It is a quote request only; no payment or production begins until you approve the final terms.
